Plain-language summary for the GIGTORA marketplace. Please contact us if anything is unclear.
01Acceptance
By using GIGTORA you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02What GIGTORA does
A marketplace for live music: tickets and fair resale, artist and venue booking, open demands with offers, a Live streams catalog and tools for organizers and door staff. Some events link to other ticket sellers; those purchases follow the seller's own terms.
03Accounts and roles
You are responsible for your account and the roles you use (Fan, Solo Artist, Artist Agency, Organizer, Venue Manager, Door Staff). Information on profiles you manage must be accurate and yours to publish.
04Tickets
A ticket gives entry to the event it was issued for. Entry codes rotate and may only be presented from your wallet. Organizers set event rules, including age limits and refunds when an event is cancelled.
05Resale and transfers
Tickets sold on GIGTORA may be resold only through the official resale at face value or lower. The seller receives 85% of the resale price; 15% covers payment and platform costs. Transfers to a friend must be accepted by the recipient.
06Bookings and open demands
Bookings and accepted offers create a deal room where the parties agree terms. Deposits are held until the agreed milestones. While payments are in test mode no real money is moved.
07Prices and currencies
Prices are charged in the currency of the event, artist or venue. Converted amounts are estimates only. Automatic pricing may change ticket prices before purchase, never after.
08Acceptable use
No fraud, scalping, fake profiles, harassment, unlawful content or attempts to bypass entry codes, resale caps or security.
09Content
You keep rights to the content you publish and allow us to display it on the service. Embedded media remain the property of their owners.
10Liability
Organizers are responsible for their events, and artists and venues for the services they agree to. To the extent allowed by law, GIGTORA is not liable for indirect losses.
11Termination and changes
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time. We will announce important changes before they apply.
