01Information we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, profile photo, the roles you use), purchase and ticket records, booking requests, deal-room messages, open demands and offers, artist or venue profile content, door check-in records for events you attend, and technical data such as IP address, device and browser type.

02How we use it

To sell and deliver tickets, run fair resale and transfers, process bookings and deal rooms, show you relevant events and artists, send alerts you have chosen (for example about artists you follow), prevent fraud and duplicate entry, and keep the service secure.

03Tickets and door check-in

Each ticket has a rotating entry code. When your ticket is scanned we record the time, event and scanning device so door staff can prevent duplicate entry. Organizers of an event can see attendance data for their own event.

04What other members see

Public artist and venue profiles are visible to everyone. When you book, bid or buy, the organizer, artist or venue involved sees the details needed for that transaction. We never show your email to other fans.

05Service providers

We use providers for hosting, email delivery, maps (OpenStreetMap), media embeds (such as Spotify, SoundCloud and YouTube, which load only when you press play) and, once enabled, payment processing. They process data only to provide their service.

06AI features

Optional AI tools (such as artist recommendations or door staffing advice) use AI providers configured by the platform. We avoid sending guest names or emails to them, and we do not use your data to train general-purpose models.

07Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent and unfollow artists or turn off alerts at any time from your account. Contact us to make a request; we reply within 30 days.

08Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Ticket, payment and booking records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

09Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure. Analytics and affiliate cookies are optional and can be changed in Cookie settings.
