PYur1970 is a United States-based artist working within dark electronic and atmospheric music.
The catalog is structured around the “NoirRadiowave” format, a dual-version approach where compositions are released in two distinct forms: Noir and Radiowave. The Noir versions emphasize introspective, headphone-oriented listening, while Radiowave versions reinterpret the same material with a more rhythmic and club-oriented focus. Releases are often organized as expanded albums containing both versions, alongside separate Noir-only and Radiowave-only editions. Musically, PYur1970 incorporates elements of darkwave, industrial, ambient, and experimental electronic music, with an emphasis on atmosphere and immersive sound design.
